Four students made it through to the Coláiste Mhuire Bake-off annual Cupcake Challenge final on October 25th. The four finalists worked feverishly for two hours and the standard of baking and decorating was very high. Even famous baker Mary Berry would have had difficulty choosing a winner. That job fell to Judge Mrs. Marie Long who had the enviable task of sampling all the cupcakes and after much deliberation. Well done to all involved!
