Leaving Certificate Home Economics students enjoyed a visit to O’Brien’s Artisan Cheese Maker in Ballyhahill, Co- Limerick in October. Their aim was to investigate a local small business enterprise and its role in the local economy. They learned first-hand how farmhouse cheese is manufactured, packaged and labelled and they all thoroughly enjoyed the product sampling!
